Returns and refunds

I hope you are delighted with your artwork. Each cyanotype is made individually by hand, so small variations in tone and edge detail are part of its nature and are not faults.

If you change your mind, please email info@richardsenaart.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the work.

Please return artwork in its original condition and, where possible, its original packaging, using a tracked and insured service appropriate to its value. You are responsible for return postage unless the work is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect.

Once the work has been returned and inspected, I will issue a refund within 14 days, including the cost of standard outward delivery where applicable. If a returned work has been handled beyond what would reasonably be possible in a gallery, a deduction may be made for any loss in value.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the artwork and packaging.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
